By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form a complete agreement between you and DLW Cinema Club.

1. Membership

DLW Cinema Club is an exclusive members-only platform. Membership is available only to eligible employees and ex-employees of DLW/BLW.

Users who wish to become members must:

• Be a current or former employee of DLW/BLW.
• Provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Use a valid mobile number for registration and verification.
• Complete the membership process as prescribed by the Cinema Club.

Employees or ex-employees who wish to obtain membership of the DLW Cinema Club may contact the Manager, Cinema Club for membership-related information, eligibility, and registration assistance.

Sharing credentials or accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

2. Booking & Seat Selection

Seat Availability: Seat availability is updated in real-time on our platform. Availability may change as other users book.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent.

Seat Changes: Once a booking is confirmed, seats cannot be changed or cancelled unless explicitly permitted by cinema club management.

Show Details: All show timings, venue details, and movie information are provided to the best of our knowledge. We are not liable for any changes announced by the cinema.

3. Payment Terms

• Final Payment: All payments made through DLW Cinema Club are final unless explicitly stated under the Refund Policy
• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI
• Payment Security: Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment gateways
• Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users agree NOT to:

• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated tools to scrape data or disrupt operations
• Share account credentials with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass or abuse platform staff or other users

5. Account Suspension & Termination

DLW Cinema Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Initiate chargebacks without valid reasons
• Are used for illegal purposes

Suspension may be immediate and without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

DLW Cinema Club is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or bookings due to technical issues
• Show cancellations or schedule changes by the cinema
• Third-party payment provider issues
• Service interruptions or unavailability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your booking.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on DLW Cinema Club, including logos, text, images, and code, is the exclusive property of DLW Cinema Club or its content providers.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

DLW Cinema Club may include links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for:

• The content or accuracy of third-party websites
• Privacy practices of third parties
• Any transactions conducted through third-party services

Please review the terms and privacy policies of third parties before providing information.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation: First, try to resolve the dispute directly with our support team
• Mediation: If unresolved, disputes may go to mediation
• Legal Action: Final resolution may be through courts in Varanasi, India

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

DLW Cinema Club may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
